It was formed in 2007 to provide professional affordable design and development services to small businesses and startups in the North East of England and throughout the United Kingdom.

SWOO as a company consists of one person, Steven Woods, a freelance professional with over 10 years industry experience - However SWOO is partnered with a number of established agencies and service providers in Leeds, Sydney and Toronto, ensuring the level of service you receive is nothing short of phenomenal.
